Julie will be hosting Book Club this month.  It will be on January 30th (that's the fifth Thursday) at 12:30. She has offered to provide the movie Out of Africa for our viewing.  When you RSVP to her, please let her know if you are interested in watching the movie during our lunch or staying afterwards to watch it, or if you are not interested in watching it at all.

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season.  I am looking forward to seeing all of you again at our next book club.  We are reading Out of Africa this month and we are also reading the first chapter in the book Women of the Old Testament by Camille Fronk Olson.  The first chapter is on Eve.

So regarding the calendar...I haven't heard back from everyone and so I think it will be easier if we just do a redo and sign up for the year at our next luncheon.  So come with your calendars checked and I will update the blog while we meet, that way I can't lose the list.
